Hamidreza Hassanzadeh Talouki
Founder, CEO, and Member of the Board
Mr. Hamidreza Hassanzadeh Talouki, with over two decades of specialized experience in design consulting, construction, shopping center management, and the launch and operation of mixed-use complexes, is recognized as a prominent and insightful figure in the development of large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects in Iran and the region. He holds a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Urban Management, and throughout his professional career, he has played a key role in enhancing the standards of design, execution, and management of major projects.
As the official representative of the international company McARTHUR in Iran and Armenia, Mr. Hassanzadeh has led and provided specialized consultancy in projects such as the Magic Mall and a hospital project in Yerevan (Armenia), Jahan Mall in Mashhad, and Mica Mall in Kish Island. He has also served as a consultant for the Hayat Ayandeh Wellness Group in the Hayat Mixed-Use Complex in Rasht, and as a senior project manager for Palladium Mall in Tehran, gaining valuable experience in designing operational structures and managing shopping centers.
In the Jahan Mall project, as McArthur’s official representative and a member of its expert team, he was responsible for market studies and providing Phase 0 and 1 architectural consulting to the client and Chapman Taylor. In Mica Mall, he conducted market research, participated in the MAPIC International Exhibition in France to attract international brands to the Kish Free Zone, and negotiated with those brands to enter the mall.
In the Hadish Mall project in Tehran, he developed management regulations, leasing and decoration contracts, organizational planning, and recruitment of executives, starting three years prior to opening and continuing through full operation. He also led the launch and pre-opening operations of shopping centers under the Oxin Holding in Mazandaran Province.
In Armenia, for projects commissioned by Multi Group, Mr. Hassanzadeh, as McArthur’s official representative, conducted market research and provided infrastructure consulting for the Magic Mall in Yerevan, and advised on repurposing the client’s hospital project into a commercial development.
At Palladium Mall (Zafaraniyeh, Tehran), he served as a key executive, playing a crucial role in drafting decoration guidelines, leasing contracts, organizational structures, recruitment and training of management teams, and overseeing the performance of all operational departments.
Other notable experiences include Phase 0 and 1 architectural consulting in the Negin Niayesh (Tehran) and Park Center (Ahvaz) projects, as well as market research and land-use planning for the Karestan (Tehran) project. Additionally, his background in teaching English, professional simultaneous translation, and speaking at industry conferences on shopping centers and the economy further reflect his academic and professional capabilities.
Farshad Asgari
Co-Founder & Chairman of the Board
Farshad Asgari, Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board at Antik Company, is a seasoned civil engineer with over two decades of experience in infrastructure planning and project management. He is widely recognized for his strategic role in urban development initiatives and investment-oriented infrastructure projects that aim to enhance spatial efficiency and create long-term economic value within cities.
Mr. Asgari holds a Master’s degree in Transportation Engineering and has led major national and regional projects with a focus on enhancing urban mobility, connectivity, and development potential. His portfolio includes high-impact projects such as the design and planning of the second lane of the Darab–Fasa highway, improving regional accessibility and commercial mobility; the Deyr–Bushehr expressway, facilitating inter-provincial trade and movement; and grade-separated intersections in the cities of Urmia and Bandar Taheri, which significantly contributed to traffic decongestion and improved urban flow.
Currently serving as the CEO of Rah va Sazeh Dehim Consulting Engineers, Mr. Asgari brings a strategic, value-driven approach to Antik Company. His leadership supports the company’s mission to develop investment-grade urban infrastructure and to maximize the long-term value of its commercial and real estate assets through sustainable development initiatives.
